This famous quote from the former president of US, We in Green world Group kept the leadership a key aspect for all our training courses. And this particular training topic was focused on all the Managers from the Farming division of Almarai. Totally 18 participants from various locations like Jeddah, Taif attended this training. And the training happened for 4 days.
The training covered various topics from the reasons for managing health and safety, the process of risk assessment, how you control the risk and the monitoring and review. The training also had a practical risk assessment report to be made by all the trainees which gave them a practical exposure and experience of conducting a risk assessment in the workplace.
