Environmental Health Safety Officer

Job Details-
Knowledge of basic EHS laws and regulations like factory act, Maharashtra factory rules, environment protection act etc. Should be aware about the hazard identification techniques like Hazop, JSA etc. knowledge of accident investigation and report writing. Should have general knowledge of engineering fields like electrical, mechanical, instruments. Working knowledge of ETP and waste management.
To indentify unsafe acts and conditions and suggest working solutions. Run Effluent treatment plant, handling of waste. Carrying out environment monitoring. Issuing and checking of work permits. Coordinate and follow up for compliance of points raised in safety committee meeting. Have interaction with committee members and shop floor personnel for safe work methods. Help to implement the global EHS guidelines.
