No, once you complete NEBOSH in your life time, it is not necessary to repeat the course again. Because it does not have any expiry date for the qualification .if you fail in any one of the unit, you will have to write the unit again to clear NEBOSH exam. New legislations, standards, and best practises should be known from the NEBOSH official site. Board updates its NEBOSH syllabus regularly according to new standards and norms.
Can I take NEBOSH courses online?
Yes, there is possibility to study NEBOSH course via online, which save your time and money by travel and it is more suitable for work going professionals, they can learn the course without taking leave from work. E-learning can be learnt from wherever, whenever the candidate gets free time. But the NEBOSH exam cannot be taken through online. The NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) covers the principles relating to health and safety, identification and control of workplace hazards and the practical application of this knowledge
The International General Certificate is apt for a person who wants to create the platform in health and safety, and is also lays the foundation for higher professional study.
NEBOSH IGC does not require any previous knowledge in health and safety to take up this course, as the NEBOSH exam and the report preparation should be in English, NEBOSH recommends that candidates undertaking the NEBOSH International General Certificate should reach the equivalent of a scoring of 6.0 or higher under the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
The IGC qualification id divided into 3 units and each unit should be assessed independently:
