The Chennai batch had 90% of experienced candidates and 10% of candidates are fresher in safety field. About 20 of the candidates had more than 5 years of experience in safety field.
This time the batch had 34 candidates so they were divided into teams for a better team work during batch exercises and for discussion on safety issues. The team performance with one well experienced person (12 years in safety) as the team leader to guide the members who had one fresher in every team had been a great success.
The team leaders did a very good job in assisting the members in discussions on safety; also they got an idea on presentation from the fresher out of college students.
Our training was so systematic and easy for the candidates to face the NEBOSH exams. Some of the feedback from our candidates:
