NEBOSH International General Certificate

This course is designed for all non UK nationals, employees of large organizations operating outside the UK, or multinational companies already working to international standards but needing to adapt these to accord with local needs and practice. It has been designed for personnel such as managers, supervisors, non-safety specialists, worker representatives or anyone who has safety as one of their employment functions. Please note this course is taught in English, and the examinations are in the English language. Therefore any student must have at least an intermediate understanding of English.

Course Aims

To provide a basic introduction for Managers, Supervisors, and Employee Representatives on Health & Safety management and its application in the workplace.

Health and Safety Foundations Policy Organizing for Health & Safety Promoting a Positive Health and Safety Culture Risk Assessment Principles of Control Movement of People and Vehicles Manual and Mechanical Handling Working Equipment Electrical Fire Chemical and Biological Health Physical and Psychological Health Construction Activities Monitoring Review and Audit Incident and Accident Investigation and Reporting.

Certification

NEBOSH will issue the candidate with their certificate on successful completion of the external examination
