The Karaikal batch had mostly fresher’s in safety field and also we had some experienced candidates. About 75% of the experienced candidates had more than 6 years of experience in safety and they were from Gulf countries with rich expertise in practical safety field. This time to develop a good rapport among them to discuss about safety we divided them into teams with at least one experienced candidate to mentor the team with practical safety ideas.
The first day of the session started as usual with the introduction to NEBOSH IGC exams.
